Discovery Actors

Discovery Actors variable documentation for the Systems Manager

Last updated 1 year ago

Discover Actor Clears Map Fog

If enabled, discovery actors will clear map fog when activated. Size of the area cleared in the fog will be defined by a circle around the actor origin with a radius of Discovery Pulse Size.

Discovery Actor Landmark State

Determines the landmark state to be applied to any landmarks managed by a discovery actor. Note that landmarks will not go backwards in discovery state, only forwards (ie. a landmark already discovered by the player will not return to undiscovered just because this setting is set to undiscovered)

Discovery Actor Pulse Size

Determines the size of the pulse effect when activating a discovery actor with the effect enabled.

Discovery Pulse Rate

Defines how long the entire pulse effect takes.

Discovery Actor Pulse Color

Determines the color of the pulse effect (but not base opacity).

Discovery Actor Pulse Opacity

Determines the base opacity of the pulse effect.
